DISCONNECTION OF PHONE

I had paid my bill for Rs 418/-on 14th october. I again receiveed a bill on 4th november

for Rs 500/- The total amounts to Rs 900/-

Since then you have disconnected my phone. I cannot make any outgoing calls. Please look into the matter immediately. I would like response at the earliest.
