Sir/Madam,

I Balwant Singh Negi holding a FIVE landline connections in our Vaishali office from the very begining I'm getting a problem in the services. The sales person who gave us the connection (Rahul Sharma) also not able to solve the problem. In the begining we are holding THREE connections than he suggest us the CALL HUNTING options as we are into a buisiness of 24x7 we are running a Travel Agency we always have to connect with our clients. For the last few weeks we are getting a problem in CALL DIVERT as the Vaishali office close in the evening we divert all are calls on the other numbers. We already have register many complaints in the CUSTOMER SERVICES and always get a complaint number the few persons who have talked to us are (Raj Kumar, Achal etc.). Here I have to take a strong legal action against you as you misguided us & not able to solve the problem. Hence I request you to please take a immediate action on the matter.
