Abusing threat to kill

Here i would like to imform you that i have recieved a call frm recovery person name as devinder cell no. 9711178042 and landline no. 0129-4168631. Just i recieved his call he start abusing very badly and didn't listen to me after that he threat to kill.

Now before i already a check of amount Rs1320 to my Landline No. 0129-4013532. Now i already stop this payment.

I Would like to take this incident to court.
