Delay in activation of new connection

I purchased a new prepaid connection from Kishenpur-Manwal (Jammu) on22-05 with thw assurance that the connection will be actrvated with in a day or two. To it is 26-05. The connecytion has not been activated till now in spite of repeated assurance by the concern agent from time to time. This ha made my routine life more dificult on joining at new place. The nimber given to me is 9906264103
