Cancellation of connection

I had a connection of airtell postpaid ion j&k wen i moved out of j&k to U P on transfer. i req the phone while travelling. af6ter i reached agra i went to airtell office and paid my bill in the first week of aug 08. even now bill is continuing but i have no out going or incoming on that phone . and i have even cotacted customer care 9906012345 but they have refused to do so. either u cancellp my connection or dont cancell and let the incoming and outgoin continue. this is attrocious. they are to collect bill payment any where but not cancell connection.
