Automatic activation of scheme

On 23rd sep 2009 my Rs.10/- was deducted from my balance and when call to customer care for enquiriy about this they said that i had activated the matrimony service scheme but it is wrong, this is not happened for the first time many times it has been done and for this every time i used to call customer care number but only once i had got the proper response from yours and only once my money was refunded to me. Your customer care executive service is very worst they never give proper solution and used to argue and now a days they disconnect our call in middle of the talk. Now i am really feedup of ur service if you want you can check my complents in your record. I want my money to be refunded. I want a quick reply on this matter.
