Every day deduction Rs.10 so deactive my this package from my mobile numbe

I contacted the customer care center @ 121 to deactivate the said subscription service. They advised to send a message to the particular number and followed the same. Now I found that the subscription charges are deducted again.

Please take the necessary action to remove the subscription pack from my account.
