My airtel mobile no was 9967730757. on 22nd sept i had requested from airtel gallary at Thane city to disconnect my connection with immediate effect and same time i requested to collect my sim card but they have not collected sim card or disconnected my connection. My deposit is rs 500/- with them. I recd their bill for rs 576/- ie upto 25.09.2008. on 10th oct.2008. on 24th sept and onward for three to four days one of their executive (marketing) Mr ketan asked me to continue on zero rental basis. BUT I aways has denied and asked to disconnect my connection. Eventhough he had not disconnected my line. I complained to their nodal ofiicer saying that after deducting my deposit money get me fresh bill so that i will pay remaining amount. Or otherwise i have told them to give in written that further bill ie after my request of 22.09.2008.would have not been charged so that i will pay this bill. I read always in news paper that this co.are charging continousely even after requested for disconnection. Now they are asking me to pay bill but they are not ready to assure me what about further bill. that means they will not refund my deposit money .and ie why they are collecting sim card at the time of request and disconnection line as per request. I AM REQUESTING YOU why strict action would not be taken against BHARTI AIRTEL LTD. FOR MAKING FOOL TO CUSTOMER.INVISTIGATE THE AFFIAR OF SUCH COMPANIES SO THAT ORDINARY PUBLIC WOULD BE SUFFERED.
