Dear sir/madam

This is Neelima. I am having post paid connection of airtel no.9989499196.I activated GPRS connection on 28 sep 08 through callcenter number.call center person told about package 199RS per month 120MB free download and free browsing. In 18 th October month I got a message that total amount bill around 4, 000.Again I called to call center for enquiry that person told that this is our mistake that total 6 months bill. After listening his sentence I continued GPRS connection. Again I checked the on October 28 total amount due is around 8, 000.Again I called to call center and asked about that they told that this total amount is due to GPRS connection.

Now they are harassing me by calling to my family members and friends numbers by taking numbers from my bill

details. These call center people only did mistake for getting bill 8000rs in just 14 days.

please help me to file this case. If I put case it will stand or not.
