Inadequate connectivity

Airtel customer care sucks! I have complained to them about the bad connectivity for our cell phones in our locality on 06/01/09 at 15.44 hours and the reference # given was 838090208. They promised to come back to me two days later and today is the 13th day of February, and they are yet to respond. I have messaged them many number of times about my interest in their broadband connection and they promptly call back to say "we shall get back to you within 48 hours", and that is the end of the story. This has been happening for close to a year now and although we have their famous "blue boxes" in our locality, there is no connection given. They are more like show pieces now to decorate our streets. Either they tell us that they are not able to upgrade the connectivity or give broadband connection and we shall take our accounts to some other service provider who is more effiecient in this area rather than beat about the bush all the time. Will someone up there listen!
