Money reduced for unsolicited service

To Airtel,

Dear Sir,

I am subscriber to Airtel Mobile Prepaid sercice with Mobile No. 9958706607 in New Delhi.

You have been deducing Rs 10 / ten days for a Quaran Devitional SMS service since a year now. I did not subscribe to the service. It was subscribed automatically. Since then, approximately Rs 450 of my pre-paid credit has been reduced. I visited a airtel store where customer care was also available. There were 6 counters at the shop. I went to all 1st counter and they told me to go to the next. Then I proceeded to the next counter after a long wait in the queue, they again told me to go to the next counter. This hapeened till I went to the 6th counter. It wasted 1 hour of my time. Finally I got angry and got out of the shop.

Then I tried calling Customer Care number 121, I did not find any help there too. I visited your website www.airtel.in, I finally found what the service was. The site showed me how to subscribe to the service but it did not show me how to desubscribe to the service.

You have been deducting Rs 10/- for the baseless reasons known to your deceptive action group. Please restore the amount immediately or at lest desubscribe me from the service.

You should earn money by honest means, not by troubling people like day light robbery. People have hard-earned money and you should render graceful service, otherwise find some other business of more profit but not by cheating like this.

I hope my voice would be heard and the neccessary action would be taken.
