Prepaid Sim card destroyed

I am using Airtel Prepaid Mobile. Wich no is 9893093835. Suddenely the simcard has destroyed and when I insert the sim on mobile then massage show on mobile " Insert Simcard". I have gone Airtel consumer care office but they told me to purchase a new simcard and talk to me like missbehave.
