This is Dipti. My mobile number is 9967595382.I have been using Airtel postpaid connection for the past two years. I paid my last airtel bill in March. In April, I received bill of Rs.1600/-Usally it is approximately 400-500 Rs.
I never hv high usage. I contacted customer care many times. Just got complaint numbers and promises.
I told them that I wont pay unless solution is provided to my complaint.
Later my outgoing was stopped all of a sudden. I contacted customer care again. then i received call from airtel saying that plz provide us bill amount and outgoing will start the same day.
I asked them to collect cheque and told them it will be honoured if outgoing is stared. They promised it will be started in 4 hours. Instead my incoming wwas stopped on the same day..Hence i dishonoured the cheque. I hv been calling up customer care as well contacting airtel till date. No satisfactury solution provided till date. Suddenly 2 days back I received a lawyers notice to pay the bill amount in 15 days.
again i tried to contact airtel.
I received a mail from airtel on my email id asking asking me to pay an amount of Rs.4460.26 /-
I tried to contact airtel on numbers provided, but they are just nt providing details.
When i hv not used the mobile for 2 months, how can bill amount increase?
First of all there is discrepency in the original bill am, ount.
Please help!
