Non Availibility of plans displaced on web site

I am the existing customer of Airtel Mobile, Mumbai and when I want to migrate to other tariff existing plans with optional elements of various packages for STD and SMS, as displayed on the Airtel website, I am being told that the requested plans and optional elements as prominently displayed on Airtel website are not available!!! Is the existing customer being taken for a ride?
