Whenever I have an issue I used to call the helpline number i.e. 121 but Not a single customer care executive answers the same. Secondly, the network service (range) is very poor. the billing is very unrealistic and whenever I choose to change my plan the company demands money from me.
the billing issue is most controversial. whenever I tried to talk to the airtel people sitting in the airtel outlets I got misleading answers.
