Dear Officer,
This is bring into your attention that my SIM for the above mentioned no. is not working since 11th September (Friday) evening.
On the morning of 12th September first I went to your mini store at Ram Prastha, where I came to know that for post paid duplicate SIM I have to visit ARC vaishali, Ghaziabad. On reaching there, they told me that duplicate SIM is not available with them and also confirmed from ARC Laxmi Nagar, delhi and told me that SIM is also not available there,
Than I contacted customer care no.121, on discussion over the issue you agent took a request with Reference no.22476597 and assured me that the duplicate SIM will be delivered at my billing address.
On the same day I contacted twice at 121 to know the status of my request, both the time the agent confirmed me that my request is under process and I will get the SIM with in the assured time that is 24 hrs.
On the morning of 13th September 24hrs completed but I have not received my SIM. I again contacted 121 and shocked to hare from your agent that my previous request was not processed as due to some technical error. So I have to make a fresh request for the SIM with the reference no.28352499 and on asking for the reason for the same, I was connected with some senior person called Sunit, who assured that this time you defiantly get your SIM within 24 hrs.. on asking for some seniors no. he LIED with me and given no.9818344865 saying that this is the no. Supervisor Ravi Nagpal and he is available between 9.30an to 5pm on working days and hang the phone. (that actual no.of Nodal Officer and not responding)
I also contacted to the there Corporate office at Vasant kunj and communicated with Mr.ashish and narrated the whole issue. he assured me to get back to me in 30min after getting all detail.now neither i receive a call nor he is picking my call.
Due to negligent behavior of the company i suffered a lot, it seems like a mental toucher as i am chasing them for a Sim for last almost three days.
please look into the matter give me justice and take necessary action against the company.
