Egarding refunding & advance charges

Hi,

I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid in airtel, at the time of conversion i was having balance in prepaid around 300/-Rs. which was told to me that it will be adjusted in the first month billing, but till date there is no adjustment & no response from airtel, i have sent so many complains but it is of no use, they don`t even care about responding at both customer care & there outlets.

& one new thing they told me that whenever I use any VAS, they take the rent in advance i.e, in the first month i hav to pay double the amt. of VAS and it will remain with them untill I stop the services.

What should I do???
