My above prepaid connection was recharged by Airtel dealer paying Rs.221 on 9/7/08 at 13.34hrs
and got confirmation from Airtel that the phone.is charged for Rs.106/- Tr. ID
1587723740. Now I had noticed that the recharged amount is reduced disproportionate
to the calls made by me (I had made only five calls). I had contacted customer care Manager Mr. Reghu at 9-30 pm on10/07 and he said that the recharged amount was reversed
asper the request of the Dealer who recharged the phone on 9/7/08 and hence the reduction.
I do not to know on what authority the Airtel reversed the once recharged amount with out my consent.
I recharged the phone paying the cash and Airtel confirmed the Recharge and how can
reverse the recharge? and what is the credibility of recharging with your dealer? any dealer can accept the cash, recharge the phone and afterwards allow the dealer to reverse/cancel the recharge by cheating the customer. I mailed a complaint on10/07 to Customer care in adition to a number of other complaints on 121. But so far no response. This is clear cut cheating the customer. I request you to kindly take up the mater and do the needful.
