Service disconnected after making payment

I made a payment on 21th july at airtel galary at S.v rd malad west .at 10 am

but on 24th july the company disconnected the line for no payment

the person who recived the payment at galary was ms yogita the amount was Rs. 3000.for the no 9867335368

when the line was disconnected i spoke to the Ms sanjana Rawal the Relationship manager i gave her the rep no the amount.. but the services were not restored
