Change the name without intimation

Airtel mobile co. has changed my name from Nand Kishore Rana To D B Corp Ltd without any intimation to me. When I talked in Mohali Office with (Preeti, Bhavna & Roopa), they give me not any satisfactory answer and Bhawna disconnect my phone without giving me any clarification
