From 16th Oct I shifted to Place DSK Sundwane, on Kharadi Bypass road in front of Magarpatta City. From that day itself I am facing a Network problem. I am not getting calls sometimes and if I make a call not able to continue for more than 3 minutes.
Called 3 times to customer care on 121 which is now days a paid service. Customer care executives says your issue will be resolved with in 5 days. But after 5 days that problem persists.
On calling again to customer care regarding my complain, they said that "Sir there is no complain from your side".
NOw what should I do.
Again I raised a complain but there is a problem of network.
Is there anyone from Airtel who really listen to there customer?
I am frustrated.
