Dear Sir,
On 7th OCT evening, AIRTEL has taken a request from a Fraudster without proper verification to change SIM number of my mobile 919890600502 and I received SMS from AIRTEL that "Your request id for changing SIM NO from & to& is 31913895.You will receive a confirmaion SMS once it is completed." And after this my mobile was not working (SIM was rejected). Fraudster given this request so that I should not get SMS during fund Transfer. Rs 10000/- was transfered from my account by the Fraudster. It is a mistake of AIRTEL to change my SIM number without my knowlege and deacivating the service immediately. AIRTEL should compensate me for this loss.
