No any answer for mobile office seeting

I am Vipul Sojitra. I have airtel Pre-paid card (98989 63099). GPRS activated in my card. I can access internet with google in my card But airtel suggest me that our mobile office is good for internet user. Per day something 20 Rs. So, that I activated this facality. I want to use this facality with my computer with connection of aitel Pre-paid. So, that coustmer care 121 suggest me call on 12140 this number. They will give you coumpter setting very fastly. I have been calling last 3 weeks. No any reply for computer setting of Mobile Office. Can you give computer setting of airtel mobile office.
