Speed problem

Hi i am a user of airtel mobile office and my no is 9680867484 and i live in rajasthan...

and my prob is that speed of mobile office is very slow around get 115.2kbps but it is as like 40 to 50kbps..

hey sir can u solve my prob by forward my complain to airtel...
