I have an AIRTEL Prepaid Mobile connection No : 9535096553 in Early July. On 18 Jul 09, I paid Rs. 100.00 for an AIRTEL Recharge that an Airtel dealer did from his Mob No : 9995125734. He says he got a success msg. However, I got ZERO Talk Time for this Recharge. The Success Msg Ref No is now not available with the dealer as he deleted the SMS to make space for more SMS.
I took up the matter by EMail with Airtel Customer support / Nodal Officers etc, but no one is resolving the problem. They ask me to contact the delaer. The dealer said he got a success SMSand so I had to pay hime Rs. 100.00. I FEEL I HAVE BEEN CHEATED FOR THIS Rs. 100.00 RECHARGE. PLEASE HELP TO GET ME ADDLN FREE TALK TIME.
I want to upgrade this Complaint to the AirTel Higher levels. Can anyone please give me the EMail Id of the CEO / MD of Bharti AIRTEL?
