We are airtel customers for a long time.
We use 4 airtel phones, 1 airtel dish.
Our query is we are not getting proper mobile range and no broadband internet connection in our area. When I inquired, I come to that there is no broadband connection and no proper mobile range.
Why this problem is not rectified so far?
When I call my father, he used to carry his phone to the upstairs. Even though he climbs, it is not clear.
You are one of the biggest companies in India. Can't you solve this problem in a day?
