Unparliamenary usage of words by POst Maste

Dear Sir,

I am customer who gone to post office to do register post, there the concerened gandhigram post master is using unparliamentary words on the customer and treating them as a slave to him. The way he is behaving is hurting all customer hence requesting you to take necessary action.
