Airtel services are getting pathetic. I have changed my billing address & updated it with the Airtel customer care. But I m still not getting my bills on my new postal address. Also whenever I complain, I have to update the same postal address & email information again. ppl working for airtel call center are pathetic, they don't have product information nor updates the information properly. 2nd thing I asked for a detailed bill for my usage so to cross check why am I billed soo much, m not getting the detailed bills, nor on my postal address and not even on my email id. though I have requested for n no. of times. Plus the login details keeps getting blocked on the website. its really frustrating to attain customer calls, where they don’t have proper info nor updates the details. Its bugging. Is Mr. Mittal listening? This may lead to customer dissatisfaction & loosing customers.
