Dear Sir,

Received bill of relationship No. 102101206366 (A. No. 9810227023) for Oct – Nov. 08. The basic bill plan of corporate discount has been changed to A2All [email protected] (Rent 50) arbitrarily. Please advice me the amended bill to enable me to make the payment.

Further I have never opted for “value added services”. But I had the usage charges in previous bills. These may be refunded.
