Disconnect the Service without any information istead of regular payment

I have deposit the regular payment against my Airtel no.9815814343 upto March. But Airtel Mobiler service provider disconnect my mobile services without any information instead of my regular payment. So please help me in regulising my Airtel mobile service against mobile no.9815814343 in same scheme and discounts. Because there is the complete mistake of airtel mobile service provider.
