Charging for text based services

I am holder of Airtel mobile connnection (Mobile no. 9849957928) and I am being charged Rs.20/- for the services which I never got activated. I am receiving messages from the company like this" Thanks for having subscription text based services on Airtel WAP . you have been charged Rs.20/-. Each time When i receive the message, Rs.20/- is debited from my balance talktime. Please arrange to deactivate this subscription immediately.
