Regarding Activation of GPRS and Deactivation of call conference service

1) I had made request for activating my GPRS serivice via sms to cust. care on 8/5/08 the maximum time given was 4 hrs. The serivce was not acitvated even after 72hrs after contacting the cust. care. and the manager the serivce got activated after 4 days.

2) i had given a request for deactivating my call conference serivice on 5 may and after making 3 to 4 request via sms and after directly contacting the cust. care my serivice is still not deactivated till date ie. 24 may
