Zero rentel plan not activated

Sir,

On 11/10/08 I received a call from airtel marketing dept.introducing zero rentel plan.and a man, Mr. Jay having Airtel Hello connection vizited my residance on 11/10.

Expalin me total paln with papers and brouchers of Airtel. I submitted the form and paid Rs. 1200/-for 2 mobiles. He also promise Rs. 1000/.returned after activaion of plan. But...

Yet not activated.phone no.of Mr. jay 9867817015 and Mr. Raj, boss of Mr. Jay. Address was given of Khar w haji mention And sita bldg.found incorrect. Ihav lodge complain with ARC NO.780931263

I have lost 1200/- pl see that others should not suffer.
