Enterprise Sale/Corporate sale service is PAIN in A

Hi All,

My experience as a retail customer of Airtel was Good.

However, Peoples like Mr. Zubair Khan (Manager - Enterprise Sales, Bharti Airtel Limited., Email ID: [email protected], Handphone : 9967068635) is making customer's life miserable.

Since I have joined a new company and I am try to convert my tarrif Plan since last 16 days, he is not at all responding to my calls and mails.

Same is the feeling of all the employees in my office.

And looking at this I can assume that he must be doing same with others too.

Senior management should take note of this or else Airtel will be loosing his customer not only due to NETWORK probles in Mumbai but also due to VERY POOR sales service by people like Zubair Khan.
