Im using AIRTEL fron last 2 yrs. approx. My no. is 9867251718. Mumbai Zoze. My validity finished on 16-06. I refilled Rs.215/- on 17-06-08. now after one hour of refill still the phone is not working. Now I have to inform an urgent & important message on the same no. but Im not able to make it. I called customer service thrice, but not found suitable response from them. Firstly I was told to wait for 15 min. then after half an hour I called I was told to wait for half an hour. This is noncence.
When u diconnect the line immediately, it should be activated immediately after the refill. My sister had an accident. I have to inform home, Im not able to contact them. I want an explanation for this. who is responsible for this. The customer service people are not satisfying. they never satisfy customers.
