My outgoing messages were barred from the last one month.. and complained regarding this many times but till now no progress in that work.. Due to the outgoing messages were barred I was unable to connect to GPRS. for connecting to GPRS, I need to type GPRS and send to 121. Try to resolve this... Know the value of customer..
