Postpaid bill paid through AP online via SBI e-transfe

I have paid airtel postpaid mobile bill (9652878909) of Rs.290/- in two times through APONLINE via

SBI e-transfer on 03rd October.

2. The customer care executive told me that it was not credited into the account of AIRTEL

But the amount of Rs.290/- Rs.290/- have been debited from my bank account

3. I hereby attached my bank transaction in PDF format

Request solve this issue at the earliest
