Airtel Post paid Billing
Bill not received on time

I am reaaly having awful experience with Airtel as inspite of my teleconversation with the Customer care they confirmed that I will have my monthly bill for July by Aug 05th but still there is NO response also the message received by the customer care department states that my e-mail billing has been started for which as of now I have not received.

My suggestion: Airtel should seriously think on the customer care excutives as their behaviour should not jeopardize the business.
