Disconection without information

My mobile no 9959547774, which is transfered in my name recently from m.sreekanth, but my connection is disconected withought informing me reasons and causes, i have paid all my mobile bills and having no dues, and iam in 999 plan which is having period upto april i have not intimated any reasons so for, please kindly activate my conection which is taken at artelpostpaid showroom, anantaput, andrapradesh,

i have contacted at airtel postpaid centre at anantapur town but they ae not responding, so kindly help me to activate my connection which iam having period upto april
