From beginning, i had always an issue with airtel...
Call center do not give an adequate information and they never respond to the cutomers properly. This happens in the shop floor as well... They do not text me a relevant message and a relevant email..Both do not tally...
When a business talk is going on, the siganl cuts automatically no matter where ever your location is... They just cut my line i dont know for what reason without informing me as well...
Kindly, let me what will be the solution???
