Ill payed Systems not updated

Dear Sir/Madam,

Even when Airtel bills are paid at there authorized centers the systems aren't updated. I had to go thrice to the Airtel customer relationship center but in vain. Then i had to go the airtel center when the bill payment was made they said the systems are down and they can't update it right away n they would do it by morning but nothing happened and again I had to call them n ask them to update the system. It took them approximately one month to do the same.

The same event was repeated next month even after complains from my end.

Now even after paying the bill and when I check my billed usage it NIL still I had been getting calls from Airtel asking me to pay the bill and when they check the systems reflect my bill is paid. Why on earth should they keep calling and bothering customers without checking that they've paid the bill and that too now for the last one week when the bill was paid on time. Even calling customer care is pointless.

Feels like we are paying for getting harassed even after paying bills on time.

I would be very thankful if strict action is taken against these airtel ppl for bothering there customers even when they pay there bills on time.
