I P.VENKAT RAM REDDY the user of mobile .i have a deposit of RS 3000.I HAVE TAKEN MY CONNECTION IN YEAR 2000. FOR THE PROOF OF THIS, I HAVE GIVEN CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, HIMAYATHNAGAR, HYDERABAD, THROUGH THIS ACCOUNT, I PAID MY AIR TEL BILLS, OF THE YEAR 2000.SAME XEROX COPY IS SUBMITTED TO OFFICE IN BEGUMPET, HYDERABAD. THEY ARE SHOWING ALL WRONG STATEMENTS PERTAINING TO MY ACCOUNT.

1) CONNECTION DATE AS 2002 BUT TOOK MY CONNECTION IN 2000.

2) THEY ARE SHOWING A DEPOSIT OF RS 300. IN THE YEAR 2007

3) MY ACTIVATION DATE AS PER RECORDS IS IN THAT WE HAVE CONVERTED IN TO CORPORATE CONNECTION. UR OFFICE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT IN A POSITION TO SHOW ORIGINAL

APPLICATION, WE REFERRED THIS BEGUMPET OFFICE, FORWARD MAIL TO NODAL OFFICER, A.P.

AS PER TRAI GUIDELINES SO PLEASE TAKE QUICK ACTION.
