Bill not adjusted even after 3 months

Hi,

My problem starts from Jan 09 when I was first charged for some Blueberry enterprises. On making repetitive complaints (Ref No: 27030386 in March) the service was finally stopped in March. However, the charges they added up in my account is still not adjusted. On calling the customer care, I was advised to pay for only the call charges (and not the Blackberry charges) which I did. But the charges of over Rs 1000/- still remains unadjusted and I have been getting repetitive calls and messages instructing me to pay the pending amount. I'm tired of explaining to each person who calls me. Even in April when I called the customer care (Ref No: 27128216), they promoised to get back to me within April 7 but I have not received any response even today. I sent a mail also two days back but they have not bothered to reply.

Please advice me
