Complaint Against PostPaid Bill

Hi,

I m using my airtel postpaid since last 2 years, but i m not satisfied. The first thing is that whenever i call to customer care i.e. 121, they always say that their server is under upgarde, please call after sometime. Secondly my bill plan have been changed from good Value 199 to Deal 199. Thirdly, i never receive my bill on time due to which i have to pay my bill after due date with late payment.

When for these problem i visited gallery they have dailed they backend team and told me to speak with them they will solve your problem. But still i was the same.

After that due to frustrate i told gallery person that i will not pay my bill for the month when i not receive my bill and i have no paid my bill of last 3 months.

Now they are sending a person to collect bill to my residence. i told them this i will not going to pay the last three months bill and for the forth month i will.

Please help me in this
