My name is shirley. I bought an airtel post paid sim card a week ago. The services were activated at once but with no reason suddenly the incoming calls were barred. I can only make calls from this network but cant receive any calls though all the verifications has already been done from airtel side. Airtel is sending me silly messages for some news and jokes update i could not unsubscribe them so they are charging me for that but no one has any answer about the barred incoming calls from yesterday. I called up airtel customer service and talk to Devender, he did not had any answer so he hung up on me. I tried again and talk to Kapil he said he will transfer me to his supervisor again i was disconnected. Someone please tell me how to solve this problem, get a solution and get it fixed or please get my money back
