Bill not recieved from last 1 yea

My airtel postpaid no. is 9730078647 I have not received any bill and its summary from last one year. I have taken the connection on oct-08.

I have register for E-bill, but no any bill recived on my mail.

It is very hopeless service, i have seen in my life.
