Non Updation Of Payment

Res. sir,

I have paid the Rs. 1000/- to airtel executive at my home as per the telecon with airtel customer care and told it to pay it at my home but till date no one taking the responsibility apart from that they regret my payment. I have the receipt which is issued by the executive. pls help me out.
