Regarding Disconnection

This is Sri Jayanth my Airtel no. is 9789095266, this number is in my name and this is a post-paid connection. I have requested the Airtel customer service to disconnect my number since i am leaving abroad. I have raised this on 07/05 and my reference number is 680054325. It has been 10 days from the date of request and I see no action is taken on this. When I initially informed the customer service they told me that it will be disconnected within a day or two at a maximum of a week.

And once again I called the customer service on Wednesday (14/05), then I was told that the service would be disconnected only I settle the outstanding due’s and my unbilled usage. As soon as I got this information I settled all my dues on 15/05, but there is action taken still.

And today when I call up these people, they attended my call and asked me to hold on call as they were retrieving the details but my call was disconnected. I see this that they have done purposefully as I had tried for three times.

I think so the worst customer service is none other than airtel..
