I have taken a new airtel postpaid connection. i was told by sms that i neeed to submit a few documents on saturday afternoon and was given 72 hours time. I called them to enquire about my nearest office and they gave me of 1 @ sahara mall (Gurgaon). When i went there i found thatr it was closed for renovation.

Then i called their customer executive and asked for another address. Since i am new in Gurgaon i am not really aware of all the places. Anyway after calling about 3 contact center maangers 1 finally gave me the address for another office and assured me that it would be open by 9:30 A.M. When i managed to reach there after daring the rain i found it closed. So within 72 hours i amde two attempts to submit my documents and failed to do so not to mention the harassment i had to go through in a new place. Now my connection would be discontinued.

I must say the service provided by Airtel is grossly unaccptable and lousy. I think they should stop spending on filmstars to promote their lousy service and invest in the service itself.
