I had sent a request to activate GPRS on 23 feb but it was activated on 26 feb which was of no use for me i asked them to deactivate it but was not done for 6 days and i was charged foe 3 days after settlement. Now my GPRS is not Deactivated again from 24th of may till date even after raising the issue for five times, they only forward the reference number that's it. again u will call and do settlement of days and finally I will be in loss.
